2. Definitions

“Services” means legal guidance, document preparation, and advisory support related to real estate transactions. “Info Product” refers to digital materials such as guides and templates. “Goods” are physical materials or kits provided by CasaJuris.

3. Use of Our Services

Clients must provide accurate details for legal support. Unauthorized use of our name or materials is prohibited.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for Services, Info Products, and Goods are listed on our site. Payment must be made in advance via the methods indicated. All fees are indicated in local currency.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may cancel or request changes at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance is nonrefundable, though clients may opt to reschedule within 30 days at no added charge.

Once work begins on custom case analysis or deed preparation, no refund is available, as work is tailored to the client’s matter.

5.2 Info Products

Digital materials may be requested for a refund within 14 days of purchase if not downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, contact our team via the contact form. Approved refunds will be reimbursed by the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical materials may be sent back within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Clients cover shipping-back costs. After inspection, refunds will be issued by the original payment method within 10 business days. Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund.

6. Modifications and Rescheduling

Clients may request changes to scheduled Services up to 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original date.

7. Limitation of Liability

CasaJuris provides guidance based on current laws and regulations. We are not responsible for outcomes determined by courts or authorities. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved in Zurich courts.
